Chaplin’s mission is to support local and regional artists. We do this by providing an elegant spot for you to to showcase your music, for your fans.

A little about us. We are a true “shut-up during the performance” listening room. (Not a bar). Our building is a restored vaudeville theater that seats about one hundred downstairs, and twenty five or so in the balcony. We have a cafe’, and offer byob for the guests.
We have top range equipment,a beautiful stage, and record many performance in audio or video, at the request of the performer.

Like all of the local listening rooms, Chaplin’s depends on performers that have a fan base to support them.
Of course we communicate with all of our fans, and advertise our shows but it is a joint effort with the performers to get the word out.

What’s in it for you? Our door deal is pretty standard. You get 60% of ticket sales, after production costs. These costs are $75 for a co-bill, and $150 for a headliner. We look for those that can co-bill, which means that you can sell about 30 tickets, or for headliners,  that can bring at least 75 fans. Generally, these tickets are in the $10-$15 range.

For those that can create one hundred tickets, in the $20 range, we are happy to work out a fair guarantee. We also look for opportunities to do two shows on a Saturday.
